Nada Ahmed

Nada Ahmed is the author of the Amazon Bestseller book Determined to Lead: The Disruptive Woman's Guide to Stop Playing Small and Transform your Career through Agile Leadership. She is the founder of Agile Leadership, an Innovation and leadership-focused advisory firm, that provides coaching programs, leadership training, and innovation services to individuals and businesses. Nada is a thought leader who serves on many boards and speaks on global stages on leadership and innovation. Nada is passionate about empowering women to lead in a way that is authentic to them and take action to design their dream careers.

She is an international keynote speaker and the host of two podcasts: Braving Innovation a top podcast in the category of Venture Capital, where she shares best practices from leaders worldwide to help entrepreneurs and innovation leaders succeed, and Something from Nada where she captures stories of courage of people from immigrant or underserved communities who have built something from nothing.

Prior to founding Agile Leadership, Nada served as the Vice President of Innovation and Transformation at Aker Solutions, a leading supplier to the offshore oil and gas and renewables industry. Nada has held various leadership roles throughout her 15 years of industry experience, where she led innovation and business development teams to exceed financial growth ambitions. She served on the board of Grieg Maritime Group and Climatepoint based out of Oslo, Norway. In 2020, she was awarded the Top 50 Women in Tech award by Abelia and ODA-Women in Technology Network and was on the 2021 list of high-achieving leaders under 40 awarded by the Foreign Minister of Pakistan.

Nada has a Bachelor from the University of Richmond, Virginia, and a Master of Science in Environmental Analysis from Rice University in Houston, Texas.

Nada is also heading a non-profit organization that she co-founded in 2015, TCF Norway (affiliated with The Citizens Foundation), focused on providing quality education to underprivileged boys and girls in Pakistan. Read more at www.tcfnorway.org
